LifeGroups are the heartbeat of our church. Biblical community is a vital part of the walking with Jesus and works to fulfill God’s mission here on earth! We were simply not created to be a lone-wolf Christians!
Why are LifeGroups important?
1. You need people, and people need you!
2. There are over 100 commands in the Bible that are IMPOSSIBLE to fulfill without a community.
3. Jesus Himself had a LifeGroup!
4. It’s way more fun!
What is a LifeGroup?
A LifeGroup is a group of people who meet regularly with the intention of building a loving community and growing in their faith in Jesus. It is where friendships are made, grief and celebration are collectively carried, and where we can truly share life with one another.
Simply put, it is a group of people walking with Jesus together.
How long is LifeGroup?
Each Lifegroup has its own schedule, but most last from 1-2 hours.
In the fall, LifeGroups go from the second week of September to Thanksgiving.
In the spring, LifeGroups go from the end of January to May.
When and where?
LifeGroups at SAF meet all over the city of San Angelo all week long!
Some are found right here in our building, some are hosted in homes, and some meet in cozy coffee shops. The best part is that a LifeGroup happening almost every day of the week!
